EU Home Affairs Commissioner Ylva Johansson wants EU ministers to use their informal meeting on Thursday 15 July in Kranj, Slovenia, to make progress on the Pact on Migration and Asylum, after the Portuguese Presidency created ‘momentum’ for the Pact’s various texts.
