01/07/2021 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 1 July, Christine Lagarde, chair of the European Systemic Risk Board, told the European Parliament that in March 2021, the national support measures that had been announced to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic amounted to “18.7% of GDP” (EU27, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway) excluding moratoria on loan repayments.
