The Greens/EFA Group in the European Parliament urges the European Commission to be very rigorous in its analysis of national recovery plans, to ensure that the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RFF) - the main budgetary instrument of the Next Generation EU recovery plan - does not financially support investments that do not respect the rules on ecological transition.
