General Court of EU annuls two notices of competition

02/06/2021 (Agence Europe) – The General Court of the European Union has annulled two notices of competition, the first (EPSO/AD/342/17 and EPSO/AST/141/17) to create a reserve list of engineers in building management, and the second (EPSO/AD/339/17) to create a list of administrators in the fields of financial economics and macroeconomics, in two judgments handed down on Wednesday 2 June (cases T-718/17 and T-71/18).
