MEPs on European Parliament’s Committee on Civil Liberties endorse agreement reached on EU digital Covid certificate

25/05/2021 (Agence Europe) – MEPs on the European Parliament’s Committee on Civil Liberties validated the agreement reached on 22 May with the EU Council on the EU digital Covid certificate by 52 votes to 13 with 3 abstentions. They adopted the same arrangement by 53 votes to 10 with 5 abstentions on the part of third-country nationals who will be able to apply for this certificate or present their certificate (see EUROPE B12724A6).
