Huge parliamentary compromise work ahead of vote on EU Biodiversity Strategy for 2030

Members of the European Parliament’s Committee on Environment (ENVI) will have their work cut out on the afternoon of Thursday 27 May, when they vote on amendments to the own-initiative report by César Luena (S&D, Spain), which fully supports and significantly strengthens the EU Biodiversity Strategy for 2030 presented by the European Commission a year ago (see EUROPE B12636A8, B12491A2).
