Brussels, 25/03/2021 (Agence Europe) – EU leaders met, on Thursday 25 March, at their summit with an “exceptional guest”, according to the European Council President Charles Michel: US President Joe Biden. This is the first time, since 2009 and Barack Obama’s Prague Summit, that a US president has met with all his European counterparts.
