Commission proposes banning two new psychoactive substances in EU

12/03/2021 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission proposed on Friday 12 March to ban two new psychoactive substances in the EU, namely MDMB-4in-PINACA and 4F-MDMB-BICA. Both substances are “synthetic cannabinoids with potentially lethal toxicity. They have been available in the EU since at least 2017 and March 2020 respectively.
