European Parliament Committee on Civil Liberties requests access to EU Council documents on several appointments to European Public Prosecutor's Office

02/02/2021 (Agence Europe) – The Chair of the European Parliament's Committee on Civil Liberties (LIBE), Juan Fernando López Aguilar, officially requested, on Tuesday 2 February, access to EU Council documents regarding the appointments of Portuguese, Belgian and Bulgarian prosecutors to the European Public Prosecutor's Office. The answers given on these appointments by Portuguese Justice Minister Francisca Van Dunem at her hearing in the European Parliament last week clearly did not...
