15/12/2020 (Agence Europe) – After its initial publication in 2018, the European Commission updated its watch list for counterfeiting and piracy on Monday 14 December. This contains, in particular, names of websites or markets that actively engage in counterfeiting. A public consultation on this subject took place from 19 February to 1 June 2020 and identified bad practices and related risks.
