The German Presidency of the Council of the European Union has tabled new draft conclusions on the establishment of a European hydrogen market, inviting the Member States’ Ambassadors to the EU (Coreper) to approve this new version at their meeting on Wednesday, 9 December.
Last week, they left without having been able to validate the previous draft conclusions, due to a blockade by Spain, which wanted to put more emphasis on the importance of renewable hydrogen (see EUROPE B12616A13).
