Hungarian government was asked to state how it intends to implement CJEU ruling on foreign universities

03/11/2020 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission wrote a letter to the Hungarian government on 29 October asking how it intended to implement the Court of Justice ruling of 6 October (see EUROPE B12575A14) which invalidated its law on foreign universities, Justice Spokesman Christian Wigand said on Tuesday 3 November. “The Court’s decisions are immediately binding on the Member States, which must take the appropriate measures as soon as possible”, he commented. “Hungary...
