02/09/2020 (Agence Europe) – BusinessEurope, which represents employers at European level, presented its recommendations on Wednesday 2 September for strengthening EU economic diplomacy in the face of foreign sanctions. BusinessEurope believes that unilateral measures against non-Member States should be used only as a last resort, particularly when it comes to the United States. A holistic approach is needed, not focusing on sanctions alone. The most important thing is the need to keep the Member States united.
