A working document dated Tuesday 28 July, a copy of which EUROPE has seen, gives details of the programme-based allocations in the agreement on the Post-Covid-19 Economic Recovery Plan and the EU’s 2021-2027 Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) (see EUROPE B12532A2).

The purpose behind the document is to facilitate negotiations between the Council of the EU and the European Parliament on the financial package, which, at 2018 prices and in commitment appropriations, represents €1.8243...
