EU Justice Ministers make little progress on law applicable to third-party effects of assignments of claims

The European Ministers of Justice resumed their legislative work on the proposal for a Regulation on the law applicable to the third-party effects of assignments of claims (see EUROPE B11979A1) by videoconference on Thursday 4 June. While they have made some progress, they stressed that there is still a lot of work to be done at the technical level.
