Commission states that it has received replies from 17 Member States to its letters concerning exchange vouchers

04/06/2020 (Agence Europe) – A European Commission spokesman said on Thursday 4 June that 17 EU Member States so far had replied to the letter sent to the EU-27 on 13 May. These letters concerned the offer of vouchers - rather than refunds - to travellers whose flights and package tours had to be cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic (see EUROPE B12486A7).
