ESMA’s Supervisory Coordination Network, set up to monitor Brexit, concludes its work

02/06/2020 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 29 May, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) announced that its Supervisory Coordination Network on Brexit had finished the task for which it was set up. The purpose of the SCN, which was created in May 2017, was to foster convergence in the way national authorities approached the assessment of applications by British companies for permission to continue operating in the EU.
