Hungary has finally decided to implement Court of Justice ruling on camps on Serbo-Hungarian border

25/05/2020 (Agence Europe) – The Hungarian government, after criticising the decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union on asylum-seekers’ camps at the border with Serbia (see EUROPE B12490A20), finally decided on 21 May to implement it and to release asylum-seekers held in so-called camps in the transit zones between Serbia and Hungary (see EUROPE B12487A23).
