25/05/2020 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 25 May, the Council of the EU definitively adopted the proposal for an EU Council Regulation temporarily extending the period for convening general meetings of ‘European Companies’ (SE) and ‘European Cooperative Societies’ (SCE) during the Covid-19 pandemic (see EUROPE B12478A7).
