The Director of the OECD’s Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, Pascal Saint-Amans, dispelled doubts on Friday 24 April by stating that the COVID-19 pandemic did not disrupt the timetable for international negotiations on digital taxation (see EUROPE B12416A20).
