After the European Trade Ministers (see EUROPE B12468A15), European Commissioner Phil Hogan and the European Parliament’s Committee on International Trade (INTA) in turn laid the first elements of a European trade response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic on Tuesday 21 April.
