European Commission Vice-President Valdis Dombrovskis clearly rejected any possibility of a transitional solution between the two Multiannual Financial Frameworks (MFFs) for cohesion policy, in a debate with MEPs from the Regional Development Committee (REGI) on Monday 20 April.
