France finally submits its national energy/climate plan

20/04/2020 (Agence Europe) – France finally submitted its National Energy and Climate Plan (NECPs) to the European Commission on Monday 20 April, almost four months after the initial deadline (31 December 2019). Four Member States are still missing: Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg and Romania.
