On Monday, 6 April, the Croatian Presidency of the EU Council noted that a majority of Member States were in favour of the negotiating mandate for transitional measures for the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).
The EU Council is therefore ready to negotiate with MEPs on this text, following the green light given on Monday by the Special Committee on Agriculture (SCA).
