In 2018, regional GDP ranged from 30% to 263% of European average, according to Eurostat

06/03/2020 (Agence Europe) – Regional economic disparities within the EU are still very wide, according to figures published on Thursday 5 March by Eurostat, the Statistical Office of the European Union. In 2018, regional GDP per capita, expressed in purchasing power standards, ranged from 30% of the EU average in Mayotte (a French overseas region) to 263% in Luxembourg.
