Commission clears acquisition of ELL by AXA and Crédit Agricole Group

06/03/2020 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission approved on Friday 6 March the acquisition of ELL Luxembourg 2 S.à r.l. (ELL), a Luxembourg company, by the French companies AXA Real Estate Investment Managers France (AXA) and Predica Prévoyance Dialogue du Crédit Agricole S.A. (Predica).
