The Croatian Presidency of the EU Council wants to ensure that the Member States will take further steps, following the adoption of the EU Council conclusions on 3 December, on strengthening the protection of the rights of victims of crime (see EUROPE B12373A15).
In a note, dated 12 February and copied to EUROPE, it acknowledges that it is too early to make a preliminary assessment of the implementation of these measures and their impact.
