The European Commission concluded on Friday 24 January that the agricultural company AS Tartu Agro had received 1.2 million euros in aid from the Estonian authorities which is incompatible with the internal market.
The Commission therefore orders Estonia to recover this illegal aid (below-market rent for agricultural land) from AS Tartu Agro.
