23/01/2020 (Agence Europe) – Contrary to what we wrote in our EUROPE edition B12408A17, the European PNR system for collecting air passenger data in the EU is not one of the information systems covered by the new interoperability rules. The interoperability rules cover the Schengen Information System, the Eurodac database, the Visa Information System (VIS), the ETIAS and EES Entry/Exit system, as well as ECRIS-TCN.
