23/01/2020 (Agence Europe) – The provisional interinstitutional agreement reached on 3 December 2019 by European Parliament and EU Council negotiators on the regulation establishing minimum requirements for the safe reuse of urban waste water for agricultural irrigation purposes was confirmed by Parliament’s Environment Committee on Tuesday 21 January by a large majority (64 votes in favour, 5 against) (see EUROPE B12382A6).
