EU Council ready to negotiate with European Parliament on resolution framework for central counterparties

04/12/2019 (Agence Europe) – As announced (see EUROPE B12381A12), the Member States’ ambassadors to the EU (Coreper) reached political agreement in principle on the proposal for a regulation on the establishment of a framework for the recovery and resolution of central counterparties (CCPs) on Wednesday 4 December.
