MEPs vote against referring social and market aspects of 'mobility' package I to Commission

On Thursday 19 September, MEPs in the European Parliament's ‘Transport’ Committee voted against referring matters relating to the social and market aspects of the first mobility package (posting of drivers, driving time and rest periods, tachograph, cabotage and market access) to the European Commission by 30 votes against and 19 votes in favour.
