EU cow's milk collection increased by 0.2% in first half of 2019

EU cow's milk collection increased by 0.2% in the first half of 2019 compared to the same period in 2018, according to the latest information published on Monday 2 September by the European Milk Market Observatory.

In June 2019, deliveries in the EU fell by 0.3%. Ireland (+7.5%, +72,000 tonnes) and the United Kingdom recorded the largest increase in production, while Germany (-2.3%, -64,000 tonnes) and the Netherlands were the countries where collection fell the most. The increase in milk...
