The EPP and ALDE are the winners of a new estimate of the distribution of seats in the European Parliament, published on Monday 27 May at 19:00.
Thus, the EPP would have 180 seats, or 23.93% of the seats (compared to 179 the night between Sunday and Monday). The S&D lost four seats according to the night's estimates, reaching 146 elected officials (19.44% of the seats). These two parties lose 36 and 39 elected representatives respectively compared to the current European Parliament.
