03/04/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 2 April, the European Parliament's Development Committee welcomed the adoption last week of the European Parliament's position on the Single Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Financial Instrument (NDICI) in the post-2020 budget (see EUROPE B12223A7), while regretting that there is uncertainty about the future.
