Ms Mogherini does not rule out possibility of international “mediation” to promote a solution to Venezuelan crisis

The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs, Federica Mogherini, stressed on Monday 18 March that the International Contact Group on Venezuela, in which several EU countries participate, was "the only political initiative” in contact with all stakeholders, both on the side of the Maduro regime and the political opposition, as well as with regional and international actors.
