EU budget post-2020, pre-accession instrument, spring European summit on ministerial agenda

The European Affairs Ministers of the EU Member States will discuss on Tuesday, 19 March the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) for the period 2021-2027 and are expected to agree their negotiating position with the European Parliament on the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance post-2020. They will also discuss the topics on the agenda of the European Council meeting on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 March.
