EU welcomes Kuala Lumpur's accession to International Criminal Court

05/03/2019 (Agence Europe) – The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, welcomed Malaysia's deposit of its instrument of accession to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) on Tuesday 5 March. “Malaysia’s accession to the Rome Statute confirms its commitment to strengthen the rule of law, human rights, and accountability domestically and internationally” she said in a statement.
