Clarification of the European Labour Authority's selection criteria

28/02/2019 (Agence Europe) – The selection process for the future seat of the European Labour Authority (ELA) indicated, as a first criterion, the need to allocate the future seat to one of the Member States that joined the European Union after 2004, without explicitly specifying that it should be allocated to a Member State that does not already have a European entity based within its territory.
