Member States give green light to conclusion of EU/Morocco agreement

28/02/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 27 February, EU ambassadors approved the texts on the conclusion of the Sustainable Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the EU and Morocco (see EUROPE 12192). Sweden has indicated that it will vote against the texts when the Council formally approves them in the coming weeks. The four-year protocol provides fishing opportunities for 128 EU vessels.
