European Parliament negotiators plan to vote in plenary session in March on combined transport

As the inter-institutional negotiations ('trilogues') between representatives of the European Parliament and the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the EU are not making progress on combined transport, Parliament negotiators on this text decided on Tuesday 12 March to vote on it preventively at first reading at the second plenary session in March.
