EU will impose anti-subsidy duties on imports of Argentinian biodiesel

31/01/2019 (Agence Europe) – The anti-subsidy investigation on imports of Argentinian biodiesel into the European Union, launched a year ago (see EUROPE 11953), concluded on Wednesday 30 January with the EU's decision to apply anti-subsidy duties to them. These duties have been approved by the large majority of Member States meeting with the Commission in the EU's Trade Defence Instruments Committee (TDI), according to a press release from the European Biodiesel Board (EBB).
