Green light for interinstitutional agreement on harmonisation of GNI calculation methods

31/01/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 31 January, MEPs in the plenary session of the European Parliament broadly approved (567 votes in favour, 45 against, 37 abstentions) the interinstitutional agreement of the end of last year on the harmonisation of methods for calculating gross national income (GNI) in the European Union.
