Postponement to 30 January of a possible agreement in Council on cross-border corporate mobility

22/01/2019 (Agence Europe) – Member States' ambassadors to the EU (Coreper) will ultimately not comment on the package of measures to modernise European company law, including a proposal for a Directive on harmonised procedures for cross-border divisions and transfers and a targeted review for mergers (see EUROPE 12176), on Friday 25 January.
