04/12/2018 (Agence Europe) – The EU institutions hope to conclude negotiations on Wednesday 5 December in Brussels on the revised regulatory framework for the electricity market (see EUROPE 12138). The most important issues that remain to be addressed, such as capacity mechanisms and regulated prices, give rise to differences between the Parliament on the one hand and the Council on the other.
