The second meeting of inter-institutional negotiations (trilogues) on port reception facilities for the delivery of waste from ships, held on Thursday 22 November, enabled representatives of the European Parliament and the Austrian Presidency of the Council of the EU to make progress on certain points, enabling them to approach a possible final meeting in December with confidence.
