Commission asks Bucharest to take into account Council of Europe's criticisms of reform of Romanian judicial system

The European Commission has asked the Romanian authorities, on Monday 22 October, to take into account the recent opinion of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe on the ongoing reforms of the judicial system (see EUROPE 12109).
