Mediterranean rescue NGOs, Oleg Sentsov and Nasser Zefzafi included on Sakharov Prize shortlist for 2018

On Tuesday 11 October, MEPs on the European Parliament’s foreign affairs and development committees selected, by a vote, eleven Mediterranean rescue NGOs, Ukrainian film-maker Oleg Sentsov, and social and economic rights activist in Morocco Nasser Zefzafi as the finalists for the Sakharov Prize 2018 (EUROPE 12105).
