Members of the selection committee for Head of the European Public Prosecutor's Office on their way to being appointed

On Wednesday 12 September, the national ambassadors to the EU (Coreper) will adopt the list of individuals who will make up the panel to select  members of the future European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO).

The 12 members of the panel, to be appointed for four years, will draw up a shortlist of candidates for the post of EPPO head and a reasoned opinion on the candidates' qualifications to become European Public Prosecutors.
