Luxembourg granted specific transitory period for implementation of regulation on the coordination of social security systems

21/06/2018 (Agence Europe) – Luxembourg came out of the 'Employment and Social Policy' (EPSCO) Council on Thursday 21 June with the transitional period of seven years (two years + three years + two years) it had asked for to implement the regulation on the coordination of social security systems (regulation 883/2004), in particular its chapter on social benefits.
